Rococo Flowered Parfait

Description

Original design inspired by Lolita and Rococo fashion. Lace flowers were all handmade, awesome blue wig purchased in GA, and shoes altered from thrift store purchase. This started off as a strictly Lolita JSK, but I started hating it. After 3-4 years in the unfinished projects closet, I decided to Rococo-fy it. Now I love this piece and I'm glad I didn't toss it.
